E3-5 Felt and Bracket for the Electric Gum Tape Dispenser

This can be found in front of your Phoenix Electric Tape Machine. If you tape seems to slip a bit or jam when being dispensed, this may need to be replaced. Once you replace this item, you should dab a little 3 in 1 oil on the felt pad.
